Lauren “Elle” MacGregor serves as the welcoming first impression of Alloy Wealth Management’s Huntersville office, where she plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. Known for her warm, approachable nature, Elle truly enjoys connecting with people and ensuring that every client who walks through the doors feels valued, comfortable, and cared for.

Highly organized and naturally solution-oriented, Elle thrives on problem-solving and adapting to the needs of each individual—something she proudly describes as being “chameleonic.” Her ability to anticipate needs and navigate challenges helps create a seamless and positive experience for both clients and team members alike.

Before joining Alloy Wealth Management, Elle built a strong foundation in customer service, where she developed her passion for helping others. She is especially passionate about financial literacy and empowering individuals with knowledge that can improve their lives.

Elle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Belk College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.

Outside the office, Elle enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with the Humane Society of Charlotte and connecting with individuals in need. A dedicated dog lover and experienced trainer, she often helps friends and family better understand and train their pets. In her free time, Elle and her four-year-old yellow lab, Kevin, can be found exploring local greenways, gardening, crafting, cooking and grilling, spending time by the pool with friends, thrifting, and—of course—enjoying a well-earned nap.
